I love to provide a space in which people feel safe, so they can begin their journey towards greater health and in return live healthier lives, physically, emotionally, mentally & spiritually.

Dip Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
I have been passionate about health and natural medicine since I was very young, as my Mum exposed me to acupuncture very early on. I always knew I wanted to do something like massage therapy and always had a curiosity in understanding the theories of Chinese Medicine, always questioning the Western Medicine way.
After completing my Acupuncture degree in 2002, my desire for bodywork continued to grow, so a diploma in Shiatsu soon followed. My curiosity in bodywork continued over the following 15 years and after wanting more solid changes and results, I decided to study Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. In 2018 I completed a 2 year Diploma with a UK based school, known as Body Intelligence. I am super excited that my work has taken me in this direction.
With over 19 years of clinic experience and doing my own self work, I feel the key to healing and maintaining our health is to acknowledge the 'whole' of our being, body, mind & spirit. But creating a safe space is the critical component to this, as it enures YOU and your physical BODY can feel safe enough to trust me and allow what needs to happen according to your bodies intelligence.
My aim is to bring all of my skills and experience together to provide a safe healing space and to offer the best individualised treatment for you. I am passionate about treating musculoskeletal pain & imbalances, anxiety, pain, insomnia, stress & emotional imbalances, pre & post natal pregnancy massage, relaxation, pre & post operative care and more.
And now with my Biodynamic Craniosacral skills, my focus is helping people to tap into their own potential to heal and to regulate their own systems, by helping them access their bodies intelligence.
With all my training and experience, I feel that my skills of a listening, feeling, hearing and observing touch provides a safe space for people to connect to their bodies and entrust me to work on their health goals, whether it be trauma, physical or emotional held in their bodies presenting itself as holding patterns of tension and pain, headaches, migraines, depression, anxiety, insomnia or the like.
